DURING YOUR ENGAGEMENT
2 in person planning meetings to be used at your discretion - We recommend having one meeting when our relationship begins to set you on the right path and one when we take over your contracts 60 days from the wedding day to wrap up the details.
1 final walk through appointment at the venue with key vendors to put everyone on the same page. We will help you finalize your timeline, floor plan, menu, place settings, etc.
Unlimited contact with your planner via phone and email throughout the planning period (during office hours only – if you need to have a phone call, please schedule it in advance)
Access to our online suite of cloud-based, custom planning tools & resources, which will keep your planning documents & files organized and save you the time you would otherwise spend researching
Payment reminders logged into our system to notify you when payments are due, helping you avoid the headache of keeping up with numerous due dates and keep your relationship with your vendors positive and professional
Access to our preferred partners list & custom vendor suggestions based on your style, budget, and personality - Our collection of preferred partners include the best creative vendors in the industry, hand selected by me, and based on personal experience. There are hundreds, sometimes thousands of vendors to sift through here in Atlanta – let me save you the time and energy by suggesting companies that I know will deliver a top-notch experience.
2 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING
Wedding & vendor management begins 2 months from the wedding day, meaning you can relax and enjoy the final months of your engagement while I handle the logistics of your event and field the never-ending questions from vendors.
I will create a vendor contact list to distribute to vendors and for ease of communication between your key players (saving you time and sanity!).
Using information provided by you and your vendors, I will prepare a custom timeline, optimized for a smooth event and developed with your photographer.
If your venue or caterer does not provide one, I will create a custom floor plan for the ceremony and reception so that your set-up staff knows exactly where to place your tables, chairs, and other event furnishings.
Together, we will plan your ceremony rehearsal. We help you plan your processional & recessional, and work closely with your officiant to plan a rehearsal that is smooth, efficient, and leaves no lingering questions for you, your wedding party, or your family. You got this!
On the day before your event, we will coordinate and lead the ceremony rehearsal. We will also take any personal items (champagne flutes, escort/place cards, guest book/pens, cake knife and server, favors, tossing items, programs, menus, etc.) off of your hands at the rehearsal so that you don’t have to worry about transporting these items on the day of your wedding.
Distribution of final payments and gratuities (must be in sealed and marked envelopes)
On the day of your event, you will have 10 hours of wedding day coverage (additional hours - a la carte). This also includes coverage from an additional coordinator(s) on your wedding day to keep things flowing smoothly, and the number of additional staff at your event depends on the size and scope of the wedding. Up to 2 additional coordinators are included in this package.
BME is the point of contact for your vendors on the day of the event. No one will be calling you or interrupting your time with family and friends!
We serve as the liaison between vendors on wedding day & seamless timeline execution. We also oversee set up to ensure your event is executed to the specifications in your vendor contracts.
We will execute the set-up & breakdown of personal items. We pack up personal items, gifts, & cards safely and send them home with a pre-designated family member or friend.
On the wedding day, you will have access to our comprehensive emergency kit, stocked with everything you would need if you or a member of your wedding party forgets their deodorant, a button pops off the groom’s jacket, you find yourself with a throbbing headache an hour before your ceremony, or mom forgets her tissues (and more!). You can relax—we have got it covered.
