Full Service Planning and Design is for the busy couple that wants to have complete control over the decisions made in wedding planning and wants to connect with the best vendors in the business, yet wants to relax and enjoy the engagement process without having to spend excessive amounts of time on the logistics. The average wedding planner spends an average of 250 hours on the design and planning process for full service clients. To put that into perspective, the time I spend devoting myself to your wedding is equivalent to:

We guide you from concept to execution, incorporating cohesive, fresh, and sophisticated visual design elements.

  • The design process commences with a custom design appointment to discuss the overall style, size, and budget of your event, followed by the delivery of a personalized and detailed design proposal.

    • The design proposal includes: color palettes, linen options, floral design concepts, décor suggestions, custom budget, guest experiences plan (accommodations, guest bags, favors, etc.), room layouts for ceremony and reception, rental options (furniture, draping, & lighting), menu + dinner service suggestions, fashion inspiration & boutique/menswear recommendations, and more! We will also incorporate meaningful parts of your love story and suggest ways to infuse your personality into your event.

  • After we have adjusted the design proposal based on your feedback and agreed upon a plan that is perfect for the two of you, you will sign the design plan and design production will begin.

  • BME will provide you with a curated list of our preferred partners (for each vendor category, we will suggest 2-3 best fit for your wedding). Our collection of preferred partners include the best creative vendors in the industry, hand selected by us, and based on personal experiences. There are hundreds, sometimes thousands, of vendors to sift through here in Atlanta – let BME save you time and energy by suggesting companies who we know will deliver a top-notch experience and who can work within your design plan. This does not mean that you need to use our vendors. While we fully stand behind our recommendations because we know they will provide you with an amazing experience, we love working with new vendors!

  • Your lead planner works closely with you and your vendors throughout the period of your engagement to communicate your vision and ensure that your design is perfectly you.

  • On the day of the event, your planner will oversee the execution of your design plan.

  • We will design your wedding website that includes information you wish to share with your guests. If you choose a platform that requires hosting fees, the client will be responsible for paying the hosting fees. 


BME walks with you through the planning process, simplifying your life & allowing you to enjoy your engagement and focus on preparing for your marriage.


  • You will have unlimited contact with your planner via phone and email throughout the planning period (during office hours only – if you need to have a phone call, please schedule it in advance).

  • We provide access to our online suite of cloud-based, custom planning tools & resources, which will keep your planning documents & files organized and save you the time you would otherwise spend researching.

  • If your venue is not already booked, BME will assist with venue research, touring, and booking.

  • In order to simplify planning and help you focus on selecting the perfect vendors for your event, BME will handle the communication required for you to book & manage all of your vendors. This includes:

    • suggesting a selection of vendors that would be good fits for your style, budget, and personality.

    • assessing the availability of your top choices and scheduling consultations for you.

    • attending all vendor appointments with you & asking questions to help you get a great sense of the vendor's personality/the service they provide.

    • requesting and negotiating proposals | obtaining and reviewing contracts.

    • confirming that you have secured your desired vendors for your date.

    • scheduling payment reminders for you so that you never miss a beat and your vendors get paid on time, ensuring that you maintain vendor relationships that are positive and professional.

    • confirming the details of your event prior to the final walk through.

  • Based on your preferences and the traditions you would like to incorporate into your day, we provide a custom timeline, optimized for a smooth event and developed with your photographer.

  • We will help you assemble and mail your invitations. We also will track RSVPs for you so that you don’t have to constantly update your list. 


  • We will begin to nail down your final details 2 months from the wedding day, meaning you can relax and enjoy the final months of your engagement while BME handles the logistics of your event and field the never-ending questions from vendors.

  • We will create a vendor contact list to distribute to vendors and for ease of communication between your key players (saving you time and sanity!).

  • Based on your final guest count, we will finalize your floor plans for the ceremony and reception so that your set-up staff knows exactly where to place your tables, chairs, and other event furnishings.

  • Your planner will assist you with ceremony rehearsal planning. We help you plan your processional & recessional, and work closely with your officiant to plan a rehearsal that is smooth, efficient, and leaves no lingering questions for you, your wedding party, or your family. You got this!

  • If necessary, we will assemble favors and prepare them for your big day.





We will execute your wedding seamlessly, allowing you to stay fully present with your family friends during this milestone occasion!


  • We will deliver your welcome baskets to the hotel for the guests.

  • Your planner will coordinate your ceremony rehearsal (along with your officiant) on the day before the wedding. We will also take any personal items (champagne flutes, escort/place cards, guest book/pens, cake knife and server, favors, tossing items, programs, menus, etc.) off of your hands at the rehearsal so that you don’t have to worry about transporting these items on the day of your wedding.


  • On the day of the wedding, you will have 12 hours of wedding day coverage. This service also includes up to 2 additional coordinators (in addition to your lead planner) on your wedding day to keep things flowing smoothly.

  • BME is the point of contact for your vendors on the day of the event. No one will be calling you or interrupting your time with family and friends!

  • Your lead planner and coordinators will serve as the liaisons between vendors on the wedding day & provide seamless timeline execution. We also oversee set up to ensure your event is executed to the specifications in your vendor contracts.

  •  We will set-up & breakdown your personal items. We pack up personal items, gifts, & cards safely and send them home with a pre-designated family member or friend at the end of your event.

  • During the wedding day, you will have access to our comprehensive emergency kit, stocked with everything you would need should a button pop off the groom’s jacket, the bride develop a throbbing headache, or your grandmother forget her tissues (and more!).
